They seemed to be in a hurry and not paying attention when I described the problem of the oven not heating to correct temperature. They set the temperature on the oven and it began to heat and they said it was fixed but did not stay long enough to verify that it heated to the proper temperature. I called the next day and spoke to a person at the company and they said I will have my son call you later. He never called back.

Al the owner was the one whom came to our home. He was very personable and explained in detail how both units failed. He was very careful to my home when servicing my washer and dryer. He went beyond the repair on my dryer and actually took it apart and vacuumed all the lint out and cleaned it thoroughly. I was expecting a large bill to have both repaired but he was so reasonable and the price was incredibly fair for the work he did. I was pleasantly pleased all around with his personality and courtesy, and professionalism. But most of all the price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know and look forward to calling him in the future for all my major appliance needs.
