We contracted Mike Spinelli/Absolute Granite to install Granite Counter tops and backsplash for our kitchen in late may 2017. In mid June he required 50% down to proceed which we paid. on 7-19 the tops were installed and the remainder of the amount due for the tops was requested and paid. The Backsplash was scheduled for the following week. After several calls and multiple promises to get back to us soon... almost 3 months has gone by and still no backsplash. We have now hired another installer to complete the work. Initially easy to deal with Mr. Spinelli failed miserably to complete the work he committed to. His follow thru and communication were unprofessional, unresponsive and ultimately a dead end. In hind sight, we should not have paid him the second instalment until the total job was done.
