It went very well. Rodney and his assistant did an excellent jog. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I'll definitely contact him gain if needed. I highly recommend him.

I attempted reaching this provider and after sitting on hold for almost 5 mins was disconnected. Dialed back in and the same thing.

• ...Scheduled appt to repair window glass in a rental house I own. They Never showed up or called. I waited in my car in front of the rental property for two hours. During that time, I called several times and was told by service they would page the provider and someone would call me right back. Never received any response. Very unprofessional

My home was broken into the last night and the sliding glass door shattered. I called and this morning and they were able to schedule a repair at 1:30pm. They called when they were on their way and completed the repair quickly and did a great job even though it raining. Their price was about the same as another company I called but the other place couldn't come out until maybe tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. Or I could bring the door to them. No way I could have transported the door. Very glad I found AAA and would definitely use them again.

I emailed AAA initially and didn't hear back from them. Then I called and left a message with their answering service but didn't hear back. I sent a contact form on their website and did then receive a call from them. He gave me a price that was less than other competitors. He told me he would order the window and call me back that evening to schedule a time. As he said, he called back that evening and scheduled a time for the next day from 930am to 1030am. The next day he arrived at around 10am and was finished in about 30 minutes. The guys knew what they were doing and were very efficient. They cleaned up after they were finished and gave some instructions on the new glass. They accepted credit cards on the spot which was nice. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. I had used one of their competitors that do the national tv ads and had an awful experience. The guys at AAA are much better and cost less. If you need your windshield replaced, give these guys a try. It can be difficult to get a hold of AAA but they will save you money and do a very good job for you.

We were very pleased with all aspects. They were easy to communicate with and make the appointment, and the job was done well. Will definitely call them to replace any future broken glass, as they do auto and home windows.

A1 Quality Glass responded to my request for service from AAA 24 hour glass windows. The technicians showed up at the scheduled time. They were punctual and courteous. They had a bit of difficulty removing the old windshield but they were ultimately able to remove it. The installed the new windshield and it has not leaked or shown any signs of malfunction since installation. The only problem was the rear view mirror installation. The rear view mirror was loose after the installer was finished. I was able to make it secure myself. For the price they did a good job. They were much cheaper than the competitors that I contacted to perform the same work.

AAA was called on a Friday night. A message was left on their voicemail and a response
was received within an hour. A date was scheduled for Monday when their technicians came
to my workplace so that I did not have to miss any work. The work was accomplished within
1/2 hr with no charge to me since insurance covered all the costs.

The technicians showed up about an hour later than scheduled., but the replacement went quickly. AAA explained the Florida law to me regarding auto insurance and windshield damage and arranged for me to discuss with my agent. In the end the work was at no cost to me. Their responsiveness and going that extra mile was very much appreciated.

I had a cracked windshield and my insurance company gave me the names of 3 potential companies to use. AAA was the only one with reviews on Angies List so decided to use them. Company was contacted by my insurance company and while I was on the line with the insurance rep they connected my with Billie at AAA. He confirmed information already provided by the insurance co. Made an appt for replacement two days later. Installers showed up and were done in about 20 minutes. Work was done very quickly and professionally. Would use this company again.

One company called could not out till Thursday to do the job and the other companies I called closed at 5 pm. so they were already closed. The installer told me that the job would have been cheaper during the day (by about $100). He was neat and did the job advertised. He even fixed the other side of the sliding glass door that had some play in it.
