Very unsatisfactory
Description of Work: I have called and spoke to Aida Teague and one of her female agents possibly named Jasmine .Aida Teague told me she charges $10,000 for closing cost on a $125,000 property sale which is price gouging. On top of that she expects to get commission so she wants to make $25,000 to sell $100,000 house and that’s beyond the legal amount you can make in real estate in Florida . I highly do not recommend this woman sell anyone’s house that has any knowledge at all because if you know better you would never hire southern tropics realty or Aida Teague.
