They are tight and they balance them so that the sun comes in no matter where the sun is. There is no condensation. You can get clear or fogged and I chose fogged so there wouldn?t be a glare. They also do solar panels. The owner comes to the house to meet with you before the worker comes out. He?s a very nice older man. There are no hidden fees, they tell you everything up front.
