Yesterday I discovered that my shower in the master bath had backed up as well as the tub in the guest bath. Of course, I panicked because I had house guests. I spoke to Anna on the phone and she couldn't have been more pleasant. I was kind of frazzled and she totally understood. Anna and Ryan came to the house within an hour of calling them, spent almost two hours here, cleaned out our drains and sewer pipes and couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience with them was not so good. They provided some materials when they installed the faucets. They were friendly on the phone and the gentleman who came was very personable. He was here on time but the quality of the work was not what we would have expected it to be. Their price was okay. They were responsive initially and that was great but then when we had to call them to come back again, they were not quite as responsive. I do not think that we would consider using them again in the future. We would probably call somebody else.

We discovered our kitchen sinks would not drain so we call Petro's. They returned our call immediately and came out within an hour. The gentlemen was very professional and explained what it was he was doing. He cleaned out our vents from the roof of the house. This unclogged our sinks and washing machine drain. Thank you Petro's for your help. Good job.

We noticed a slow leak that appeared to originate from the base of our toilet. I chose to call Petro because I had seen their trucks in the area and because of the good reviews I read on Angie's List. I called them at approximately 8:10 AM and was greeted by a pleasant female voice. After giving my location and explaining my problem, I was told that someone could be here within two hours. I realistically had expected that it would take several days for someone to come by to fix this non-emergent problem. The two gentlemen who arrived (within 1 1/2 hours) were pleasant, clean, and knowledgeable. They took just over one hour to remove the toilet, chisel the old flange from the concrete floor, install a new flange, and re-seat the toilet. They worked neatly and quietly and did a thorough cleanup before they left. I would strongly recommend this firm. They are first class.

They came over to do a smoke test. The onsite plumber decided it was not worth the cost, and told us it was sewer gas coming out of the sink drains. Considering it was a guest bathroom that wasn't used much, he felt the water evaporated. He advised putting washer fluid down the sink to stop the gas (has a higher tolerance to evaporation).
This did not work, and they were brought in later in the afternoon. Another set of plumbers came out and thought it was the wax ring around the toilet. This was replaced.
This also did not work.
Ultimately, it was not really a plumbing problem, but a rodent problem a rodent snuck in a died next to the vent pipe and can light in the attic, and that was causing the smell. If they would have checked the vent pipe originally for cracks, they probably would have found this right away, but since it ultimately wasn't a plumbing problem, I can't blame them for this.
I will have to say they were nice, and came out quite quickly. If I did have a plumbing emergency, I would call them because I know they would be out quickly to help. I'm a little shaky on their Diagnostic skills, but in this case I can't really hold that against them.

Excellent service! Off to a great start when I first called - the receptionist was friendly, really listened to my problem, and was ready to accommodate my schedule with regards to the service call. Very pleasantly surprised when Lee and Jack showed up less than an hour later - friendly, professional, informative. Again, really listened to me when I explained the problem and what was done to try to solve the problem ourselves before calling them. This saved time, because the real problem was addressed immediately, without having to do any "exploring". They first tried a snake underneath the sink to the main drain, and then went on the roof to go through the vent there - Success! Everything was efficient, professional, and friendly - will definitely use Petro Plumbing again if needed, and highly recommend! All this took about 45 minutes (maybe less), so I was ready to go on with my day. I'd give them an A+ if you had that rating available. Worth every penny.

The workman named Lee was very professional. My father is sick and Eric was quiet and considerate working pretty quietly. It took about an hour and thankfully it all drains well. I would recommend Petro Plumbing at anytime.

The plumber arrived on time had the skills to do the job - fixed what was wrong and left - quick and to the point - We have used them for over 30 years and will continue. They have always done a good job for a fair price.

In 2012 we had Sears replace our venerable 13-y/o water heater. When the technician left water flow seemed adequate. The next day, water flow fell dramatically in a bathroom tub and the kitchen faucet which were the two faucets opened to prove that water flowed from the heater to where it would be used. The Sears technician returned; his efforts improved but did not solve the problem. It seemed apparent that the heater installation had loosen scale from inside the pipes and that poor water flow would continue for a while. We knew we had a problem, but it seemed liveable. In February 2013 our dishwasher struggled to clean dishes and I opted to replace it with a Sears model. Though a high efficiency machine, this new unit simply did not clean the dishes because it appeared to not fill with water. I reasoned the problem was more scale and called Petro Plumbing Services of Cocoa Beach. The Petro plumber was friendly, courteous, and informative. He heard my description and speculation, disconnected the dishwasher hose and tested the water flow. The valve assembly was packed with bits of scale. I asked for a replacement - it was, after all, original to the house. The new and modern valve assembly worked like a charm but the dishwasher still failed to fill or clean; so back to Sears. Sears replaced the unit. During installation, I asked the technician to test water flow through the connecting hose and discovered the hose almost choked with bits of scale. The original Sears installer had not replaced the hose from the dual valve unit mentioned above. Sears technician installed a new hose - problem solved thanks to Petro.
