Showed up quickly on first day, troubleshot (measured air temp in room, then inside ductwork, then compared to thermostat). Bad thermostat, but not totally broke yet. Recommended to just be aware that although temp on thermostat says 81, it is really 76 in rooms! Also, checked freon, it was low about 1-2 pounds. Came back next day and topped off system.
