CRITTER CONTROL

Our house backs up to a preserve and we had rats living in our attic. We tried to take care of the problem ourselves but it didn't work. We hired Critter Control and they were so very thorough in their work. They came and did all of the repair work on the outside leaving 1 duct-taped opening to see if any rats were trapped inside. When nothing chewed through the duct tape, they went ahead and sealed off the last opening. We had several different people come out to do the work and they didn't communicate very well with each other because I had to tell each person that came what needed to be done that day. This is my only complaint. One of the repair guys that came back to finish some work noticed that a previous repairman hadn't properly sealed off one of the openings near the soffit. He fixed it. I asked him to go ahead and set a trap in the attic just in case there was anything in there. Sure enough we caught one in the trap. They quickly came and removed it when I called. They made so many trips out here that I very easily got my moneys worth in the end. They did the anti-microbial fogger a little too soon because we caught a rat after they had already disinfected everything but I asked them to come back and re-fog and they said they would do it at no additional charge.
