BEACH WINDOW & DOOR INC

I notice that nobody has reviewed Beach Window & Door recently. Therefore, here is an update. Service has not improved. I had an install 6 years ago that was a bad experience in and of itself. Poor communication and tardy on delivery and final install. Anyway the work has a 10 year warranty and now we have a sliding glass door with broken roller. I have been calling since May 2024 for them to repair. Owner Bill always says he will get someone out there but never does. Worst of all, he never calls back or provides a valid reason why they don't show up. I do not recommend this Company at all. Anybody that doesn't back up the work they do has no integrity and professionalism.

workers were BAD....poor work and bad tempered....door was 2 inches short and would not close
took 1 year to get it fixed.....awful, horrible experince.....bill mahler does not return calls....promises 10year gaurentee....good luck on that

This has to be the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. I live out of town so I was not present when the installation was done.He put in sub standard doors and the installation was terrible. When we first  called him he said he would take care of everything. He did not. Then he would not return our calls. We cornered him in the parking lot one day and he lied again and even tried to avoid us when he saw us coming, I have been told he has a drinking problem. I am going to have to go to court to get him to stand behind his work.

I have been calling him for over a year to fix the faulty springs that will not keep the windows open. He always has an excuse, like he has to special order the springs because the company has gone out of business. Most recenly he was scheduled to come in early October and never showed. This is just one of the many times that he was scheduled and never showed. He is no longer returning any of my calls. He has an answering service when you call the main number. He never returns my calls from there and does not answer his cell phone when I call that.
