This was a while ago, but from what I remember, it was on a Sunday and I was concerned I wouldn't find anyone open. The wait time was maybe a half hour, but I was fine with that considering several other companies I tried weren't open. The locksmith was professional and friendly and had no problem getting into my car.

The door had an unusual lock, it was a key card such as you might have in a hotel. To replace it was a lot of work and required rebuilding the door. There was a minor problem the next day and the locksmith was back there within 15 minutes of my call. He was professional, and very helpful. He was happy to come back to fix the minor problem. He did an excellent job. My opinion is that the lock itself may have been too expensive. I would hire him again because he stands behind his work and he seems like one of the good guys.
