Warren's Roofing

.I first contacted Warren approximately the first week of September to request a roof leak estimate........he came out on September 16th to look at the roof and stated he would call us back within a "few days" with an estimate. I heard nothing from him five days later and started calling requesting status of estimate/repair. I placed numerous calls and left several voice mail messages until he finally said that he's been "busy" and hadn't had time to price the materials....he would get back to us within a "few days" once again. I waited approximately one week and started calling....this time his wife answered this phone and said she would give him the message, that he was "very busy" and hopefully he would get back to us in a "couple of days." Needless to say, no response once again. The next time the wife chose to answer my call, she asked if I planned on "pulling permits for the job" ??? What ? Bottom line: We placed numerous calls to Warren AFTER he came out to look at the roof leak...and stated he would have an estimate within a few days. Finally, after 4 weeks of him and his wife stringing us along, his wife answered my call and said, "Look, I'm sorry but Warren won't have time to do your repair". I simply asked WHY he chose to string us along for about 4 weeks with no intention of doing the repair ?. The wife's response was, "I'm not going to argue with you" and hung up on me.
