Venom Pest Control

Really disappointed with the last service. Very unprofessional. Usually they are good, but this last service was so bad, I am not sure we will renew with them. I felt like they wanted to make an appearance so they could call it a service call.

They always do a great job. Since we started using this company we have not had any problems with bugs or spiders. Prior to their engagement we were infested with black and brown widow spiders. They are gone and we have been bug free for over a year.

We want to give a big thumbs up to Dave from Venom. He is the provider of our pest control here at our home in Heritage Hills. We just got a new puppy and I was worried about ants. Emailed him for an extra treatment and he responded right away. Venom is great. This is the second year we have used them and any time we need something they respond right away.

Venom Pest Control is always prompt, arriving when they say they will. I have lived in Florida for almost two years this time, and had many problems with spiders and those HUGE palmetto bugs in my home. I contracted with Venom based on a friend's experience with them. The first visit, they came in and went over the entire home, spraying and putting out traps as needed, especially in the garage. For a few weeks, I found dead bugs, but after that nothing! I have seen very few spiders or bugs inside the home since using their service, and the ones I've seen are dead. I have a dog, so I was concerned about having bug spray inside the house where he could lick it - no problem. After that first appointment, they do not come inside the home unless I let them know of a pest problem. The work they do outside the home takes care of any bugs before they have a chance to come in. David and Liz have been so professional! They call me when it is time for my appointment, work around my schedule, and are always on time. They make it very clear that I can call them back anytime I have a problem, but that has never been an issue. I highly recommend them as a pest control service!

David arrived as scheduled and was courteous and informative about what was planned. He thoroughly treated the outside of the house as well as the inside.  He also removed all wasp nests and spider webs around the eaves and in the garage.

After purchasing our home in Florida we looked for a reputable pest company and found Venom on Angie's list.  Dave came out in a few days after scheduling a time that would work for us, but since my son was working in the home office late that day, Dave offered to come out the next day so we could have a thorough treatment inside as well as out.  We are  well pleased.  He is very willing to come to our home whenever we need additional service.  But truthfully, our bug problem has been brought to a halt after his first visit.  It is very easy to schedule with Dave, and each time he comes....generally just to answer questions....he takes time to educate us about Florida pests.  We have recommended him to friends who find his service more than they expected.

Have been doing business with them for over one year. Always professional and quality of work is exceptional. Treatment is working well at keeping bugs off my home most of the time, only small amount that need removed and David always takes care of the clean up during his visits or stops by on occasion to check that it's looking nice. Will continue to do business with Venom, family owned and they are a pleasure to have around!!! Highly recommend their services. A+++ on a job well done, keep it up.

Met this provider through my church. Very pleasant gentleman, with his son/partner on the first visit. They sealed up gaps between soffit and roof-line with wire mesh and foam, set bait traps and a catch trap (for sqirrels)aand rechecked everything over a two-week period to make sure everything was right and no rodents were still present in my attic. Very pleased with their service and price. I thought it might cost more than he originally quoted because of all the re-checks he did, but he stuck with his original estimate. Very professional and courteous and punctual.

They accomodated our need to schedule around working from home (since all rooms had to be sprayed). Very professional and pleasant. The owner did our treatment and provided us with a lot of information.
We have not seen a bug inside or even outside the house since they treated. This includes the fire ants which we were plagued with on our patio and driveway.

David is one of the most thorough pest control providers I have ever had! He came a month ago to begin my service. He and his assistant went over my entire house, especially the outside, cleaning off the cobwebs and any signs of bugs. He then sprayed the entire area and put down traps in the garage. I explained that I had a terrible spider problem in the pool area - they dealt with that. Additionally, I especially liked how he thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. His knowledge of the insects in the area and how to control them is excellent! After the first visit, I had some dead bugs lying around the house for a few days, but since that time, have not noticed ANY problems. Even the spiders that were all over my screened-in porch are gone! David and his firm are extremely responsive to phone calls and will come out and take care of any problems in between scheduled service times. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

They were wonderful! I was really impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. The product is very powerful and effective, too. They were very helpful in walking me around the property and showing me what I might need to change to prevent future bees and wasps. It's a family owned company and they're just great people.

David the owner showed up prior to the appointment time which I like, I'd rather have them here early than late. He explained to my wife and I the process of what was exactly going to occur during his visit. I like that so I know exactly what is about to happen. David was fully aware of our 2 exotic parrots. He allowed us to move them to our covered lanai while he sprayed (I wanted to take extra precautions). He waited around extra time so that the chemical could dry before we placed the birds back in the house. Even though we were told that the chemical is pet friendly, we wanted to take extra precautions. After the completion of the service today, David explained what the next step was about coming back in 30 days to get any eggs that are left behind from the adults. I feel like they offer a great service, and I have had other pest control company's in the past from personal to business and no one has ever used a hose to spray the eaves with chemical to get those pets up there. Keven and David seem very highly knowledgeable of their business industry. For a newly start up business they seem very passionate about their business and more importantly their customers. I would highly recommend them, and I look forward to my year long service

Venom has great service. They remind you that your quarterly service date is approaching and work with you on scheduling. Super friendly and professional. Always listening to any concerns and promptly handling all requests. We highly recommend Venom! Today the tech Davis showed up on time and got right to work. I had one small new concern which he promptly handled over and above my expectations. Again, we highly recommend Venom. The service and results are outstanding.
