The Better Pool Guy incorporated for business October of 2012 with a mission to offer better pool services to customers by committing to quality standard of work, fair pricing structures, easy billing and payment practices, and consistent communication for each and every service call we complete. As part of our mission for quality, we have partnered with the Florida Swimming Pool Association, Association Pool and Spa Professionals, and the Central Florida Better Business Bureau. Our reputation with our repeat customers has leveraged us to have a limited customer turnover ratio due to overall satisfaction. Each new service technician we hire is third party verified criminally background checked and trained on national, state, and company standards for excellence.
