+ -1 moreThey spent 4 days working on my Jaguar and trying to find out why I was having an electrical problem. When they could not figure it out, they sent me to another place in Orlando and they fixed the problem. But Steve’s Auto spent at least 4 or 5 days working on the car and they took care of everything and they diagnosed every circuit and they didn’t charge me for it. They were so nice. They honest work and go beyond their work.

+ -1 moreThe mechanics at Steve's went over the list and checked off every single thing on it. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the car at all and gave that statement to me in writing. They are a very honest and hardworking group! Auto mechanics, good ones like these, are hard to find! I will always go to Steve's for auto repairs!! In their field, there are numerous opportunities to cheat people. They did not do that in any way. I am grateful to have found them (referred by a local car salesman). It has been three months since I took the car to them. The car has performed beautifully since that time (obviously they were correct about nothing being wrong with it) and I would recommend Steve's Auto Electric to anyone who will listen!
Description of Work: I purchased a used car from Craig's List. I took the car to the dealer for some service that I requested. When I got the bill for the service, the dealership presented me with a "laundry list" of items that required service on this car. I scheduled some work to be done on the brakes at Steve's for this car as that seemed to be the most pressing thing on the list. I took the list with me to Steve's. They had the car for an hour or so and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. They went even one step further and gave this to me in writing! The only thing that they charged me for was "rack" time. Had I gone with the dealer, I would have spent a lot of money to fix nothing. The mechanics at Steve's Auto impressed me as being very honest
