The daddy-daughter team came out right on time to do the estimate for me. Though we can't get the work done just yet, but the estimate was right on par and less expensive than the others we received. They really seemed to know their stuff.

The job was done well from start to finish.  I am very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work.  The president of the company was personally involved in the contract negotiations, permitting, and inspection of the job.  The job comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.  I am very happy with the completed work.

Mia took care of all of the details with the other contractors.  She and her family were responsible for expanding the patio screen. You cannot tell from the finished product wasn't part of the original product.  The concrete work was done very well.  The whole process took about 6 weeks to complete.

We've used Silver Star Construction 2 times and are about to use them again.  The first time was to put in a screened front entry.  They did an excellent job.  One of our neighbors commented on how our screen door was so much better than the one they had put in.  The second time was to put a screen door across the 2-door portion of our garage, with a remote.  When they came out to put it in, the screen had been cut at the factory 1/4" too short.  Father and daughter worked to try to get it to fit.  When it did not, they ordered another screen and came out within 2 weeks to install it.  Mia, the owner, even ran to Lowes to get something to cover the cord to the screen door which, without it, would have looked unsightly hanging on the ceiling.  We didn't ask her to do it - she just did.  Now we are having our lanai extended and additional concrete work done around the pool.  While they don't do the concrete work, they got with the contractor to get an estimate.  They will be doing the work on the lanai extension even though they didn't put up the original lanai.  We are so impressed with their work and work ethics thus far, we are sure the final product will be excellent.  We have recommended them to a couple of our neighbors who used them, and they were happy with the results, which makes me feel good that I recommended them.  Stay tuned for a future review.
