David is the owner and he did the service himself. He did a fabulous job removing stains from our light colored carpet. They look like new again and smell so fresh. We were able to walk on them soon after the service (sans shoes of course) because the method leaves them almost dry. I was impressed with the quality of work and would recommend him.
