Garbage Collection
I ordered a 20 yard dumpster one week in advance. I tried to get them on the phone and only talked to 1 person at one point. The other times, it went straight to a voicemail box that said "Mailbox full" and hung up. I asked that it be here by 11am. I get a call at 11am saying they aren't sure if they can even bring it out today because they are "Really busy". WHAT?! I then called back to cancel and nobody answered again. I had to go on their website on the "contact us" page and send an e-mail to cancel. I called another company and they were able to be out in 2 hours. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
