At Formosa Homes we offer vacation rental property management with an understanding of the customer. Sure, you've heard others say it but how many of those actually own their own properties as well? I do, 24 of them. So, when you encounter tough times of low occupancy, I know how you feel -I've been there and I have the knowledge, experience, and skills to get you back on track to higher net revenues. As owner, I have a degree in business management from the University of Central Florida and a EJD from Purdue University Global. In addition, 22 years of experience in the international inbound receptive travel industry in roles ranging from beginning reservations agent to CEO with a focus on bringing travelers from across the globe into North America. In addition, I've been the President of a Florida condo association for the past five years. So, if your current calendar is closer to a week stay per month than it is 25+ nights per month of solid occupancy, if your net revenues are in decline, if you have trust issues with your current property management company, let me help you get back on track.
