Serviceman called prior to arrival g and gave me a time of arrival. Two men arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. Job was done efficiently and very quickly. I am very satisfied with Rich's Handyman Service, would recommend them and use them again.

Arrived exactly on time. Knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. Will definitely use again.

Three men came on time, professional demeanor, worked quickly and picked up after themselves. Work was done in 2 days.

I contacted Rich asking for help b/c our rental home in downtown Orlando needed immediate repairs. He was booked but said he would help. Rich arrived on time and went straight to work. There's no messing around w/ this man. He's focused and purpose driven--great qualities when you need a handyman. He quickly removed our dishwasher (it was inlaid into the tile so not an easy job) drove it straight to Downtown Orlando and reinstalled it. Within an hr and a half later I received a text that the dishwasher was installed, the toilet repaired, porch pickets fixed and a light replaced. Rich seems to be a fair, definitely conscientious, contractor w/ a lot of experience. We'll be using his company again.

The office ceiling started leaking, I checked the Angie's list references and called Rich, he came and fixed the roof, he kept saying he has a big job at the time. He asked me to call him, if it leaked again.
It leaked again after a couple of days and I called him, he was very rough with me on the phone and seemed annoyed that I am calling him, kept referring to the big job he was attending to. He said he will come by in that week and he did not .
A couple of weeks later he looked at the roof site and he could not find the source of the leak, he returned me the $100 he had charged me and asked me to call a roofer. I asked him to keep the $100 as he had tried to fix it and had done the labor for it, he would not and insisted on returning it.
I called him to replace the ceiling tiles as he said initially he would, when I did not hear about the leaking any more from the tenant. Rich said he was visiting his dad at the time and will come and get it taken care of in a week, and now has been a couple of weeks waiting for him.
I think it is a mixed bag, we have a honest person who insisted and returned the $100 and asked me call some one else after doing the job but when a minor leak developed. I have never seen anybody return the money after work was done. At the same time he does not show up when he says he would.
Will I hire him again ? I do not know.

Very pleased with the results. Rich has long experience in the construction industry and can do just about everything. And he does it with care and attention to detail and a desire to get it right for the customer. We appreciated his skill and reliability and very much enjoyed working with him during this extensive project. We've gotten many terrific comments concerning his work on our house from friends and also from other remodeling professionals and realtors who have happened to visit.
