R & T Heating and Air

Replaced my fan & compressor last year (Within a couple of weeks of each other which was odd timing) . Air stopped working again this year. 4 people looked at it before he came to fix it and the compressor looked fine, only the wire was shot. After he came the compressor now had a whole in it and was leaking oil. I did not want to make a scene because I had my 4 year old in the house, so I messaged him after and asked only for a partial refund. He did answer and say has he was certified and we were not. True, but we are not blind or stupid. Choose someone else who is BBB certified.

Very smoothly and on time.

They were at the house on time (10 minutes early)-set their equipment up in our garage-placed drop cloths down before beginning their work in the house (even though we have tile and no carpet). I should mention that when they did their estimate-every time they entered the house they covered their shoes with "footies" to keep my floors clean! They worked hard and were focused. I asked them to move my thermostat (not in the original quote) and they didn't hesitate to quote me a price and install it in a much better place. Once completed they totally cleaned up everything-went back to their office and registered my unit and my labor warranty-AND they returned the same day to give me my registered warranty AND spent time showing me how to use my new thermostat which has many options of setting up AC and Heat! And they gave me a copy of the City of Clermont permit to submit to my HOA. The unit install looks much neater and we are very HAPPY with this company.

From beginning to end the job went beautifully.  It is obvious from the start that these fellows (Ron and Terry) respect another man's property and take the necessary steps to protect it.
Their attention to detail and work ethic is evident.  A couple of examples:
1.  Over the years the refrigerant tubing and wiring pipe chase had filled with sand.  They took the time to assemble sections of
PVC and vacuum out the chase before running the new lines.  I doubt other contractors would have done that.
2.  A condensate drain water leak, in the old unit, damaged the area around our indoor unit.  Before installing the new unit they repaired and painted all.
3.  The new unit called for a 20X24 register.  Our old unit had a 20x20 register.  No short cuts were taken.  They took the trouble to modify the register mount and do the job right.  At the time I thought, "Other contractors would probably say the old register was OK."
In my opinion this company is the epitome of what a service contractor should be. 
I can recommend them without reservation.
