I chose to work in this industry because I started inspecting residential and commercial properties in 2008 for insurance companies. I hold my insurance licenses, my insurance adjuster license, and am a licensed inspector. My background in insurance gives me a great perspective on property safety as well as how to coach you to save the most money maintaining your property. You would be hard-pressed to find a better inspection company than Quantum. And the inspector arrived on time for the appointment. He had a very professional manner and appearance. We felt safe while he was in our home. He performed an extremely thorough inspection and as a bonus, he pointed out a number of things that were safety concerns, and we weren’t even aware of them before he came. Their back office is also very friendly and easy to work with, I kind of wish they would get into commercial real estate inspecting because I help manage some commercial properties and we could definitely use this type of expertise. It’s just not that easy to find. Their prices seem ridiculously low compared to the value they provide.
