Overhead Door of America

Person that picked up the phone was incredibly rude. Got the number from a friend and the guy that picked up cursed me out. Tried to look everywhere for where these guys are posted, I think this is them but the number is different

The original salesman that came out was great.  He was a very nice guy and represented the company well.  However, after the sale was made, their attitude towards me in the office changed dramatically.  I had to deal with the main office manager and he was very rude.  There were a few things that I knew were wrong with it.  It was rather noisy and at times it would go halfway down and right back up.  I felt that my questions were very reasonable, but the office manager told me that I was crazy and to never call back anymore.  This upset me and I had my cousin get on the phone with him because I had family in town.  My cousin was able to handle it and they came out later that day.  Once the technician came out, he was able to fix the issue in about 20 minutes.  It would have been a great experience if it wouldn't have been for the office manager.  I have never dealt with anybody that rude.
