On The Fence = Off the Rails Fence failed in months. Paint peeling, boards popping, pine tar bleeding. Warranty claim filed 3 months ago—zero updates, zero fixes. Instead of owning the problem, Brian blamed other trades, stalled with a fake “6–8 month warranty process,” and even said I’d have to pay labor to replace their defective materials. During install, I had to correct obvious mistakes, they left debris and yard damage, and one gate has a 12" gap big enough for stray animals. Their priorities are clear: chase you for payment, vanish when it’s their turn to deliver. Avoid at all costs. Poor materials. Poor craftsmanship. Zero accountability.

Stay away!!! Fence installed last year and fell like leaves from a tree with the last storm. Mine was the only fence that fell in my neighborhood. The only one installed by on the fence. Reached out to the company 3 times and have been given the run around. My call now goes to voicemail. Poor workmanship seen upon closer inspection of the fence. iPoor customer service. Having another company come out to do the repairs.

Great service and attention to detail.

I like that they always kept communication open with me, until they were done. The fence was done quickly in 2 days. My issue is that the fence is missing caps, and there is a big gap between the door. I emailed them with the notes from the inspector and I also cc the county inspector. They said that that they will come and fix it and they have not fix it. Like the inspector said, you shouldn't be paying if is missing items.

It was fantastic! I had a very small gate issue with my fence after Hurricane Ian. They came by to check the damage and see what it would take to get it repaired. They noticed it could be fixed without needing additional parts and fixed it on the spot. They were totally professional and did a great job on the fence. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My neighbor is actually going to be calling them because they saw how fast the fence went up and love the way it looks
