I've had them back about 6 or 7 times so far with regards to sloppy workmanship. They blew through the job in one day and an additional day or rather an hour and a half for gutters by Mr. Gutter. Wish I could post pictures here. Very sloppy workmanship right in the front of my house facing the street along some small gables. Uneven rows, half rows abruptly ending and torn corners. An extra entire row of shingles within the first 5 feet of roof on the right of the 2nd small gable. I think he referred to it as short shingling. A simple tape measure and chalk line could have prevented that. Cupped shingles right above my front door, very obvious & the gutter job by Mr. Gutter. Unbelievable sloppy job by everyone involved.

They did a great job with our roof. Helped us with our home insurance company. Would recommend this company to others.

I tried to get bids from 6 companies. Only got bids from 3. Never heard from Justin at Megram Construction or Mark at Pete Roofing. Tyler kept in contact, answered questions, offered advice. We hired Nolands because Tyler returned my calls, emails, and texts and made us comfortable about our decision and project. The other 3 companies sent proposals and we never heard from them again, even after I called, texted, and emailed. We haven't started the project yet, but we know it will be okay. Thanks Tyler!

They installed the roof within a couple weeks of when they said they would. The work appears to have been done quickly and neatly. They also contracted to install gutters and a new chimney. The gutters were completed promptly, but we were shorted a down spout, luckily we checked and they came out and added it on. The chimney took forever, many weeks between start to finish with no explanations for the delay. When I called I could not reach the proper person and my call was never returned. They were very slow to respond to emails as well. They finally finished the chimney, but not within the scope of the quote, so we were owed a refund. It took several phone calls to resolve this as well. I just discovered that they never called for the final inspection of the roof, so the permit is still open. I had to make this call myself. I will never call them again and can not recommend them to anyone.

Workmanship was very good. Matching shingles not good. Our roof is red, they put in brown and stated that is a close as they could get.

I've had to revise my earlier assessment. after closer inspection, the shingles are not lined up and there is major cosmetic defects. the shingles along the drip edge are not even flush on the rakes and they look like they were trimmed with a butter knife. I went into the attic during a severe thunderstorm and there was water entering the attic through the ridge vent, almost the entire length. We are attempting to get this resolved with Nolands roofing and we are waiting for the owner to come out and discuss a resolution for the shoddy work. For now my scores will reflect the job that we received.

Will never use again! Very expensive and never returned my many phone calls to try to schedule the job. The guy that came out, finally after about 5 calls and two-three emails, could not speak any English but he was very nice and showed me the issue which was very minor as opposed to the original quote I received for the work. He finished a job they had told me was very labor intensive in about twenty minutes! Not happy at all with this company! I do not know how they received a high rating with Home Advisors but if you want an honest roofing company that wants to do the job, I would shop around !

Noland's is a wonderful company. They were so professional and very organized. Everyone did their job seamlessly. The crew were very clean and neat and kept my property looking so nice and tactful throughout the project. They had a groundsman whose job was to take care of anything that hit the ground. He did a fabulous job. The roof is beautiful. It looks amazing.

They were quite expensive but they did a great job and hopefully will not have any issues with the work.

I hope I don't need a roofing job again for quite awhile, but I won't even research next time. I'll just go straight to Noland's. They were incredibly prompt and professional and they were extremely accommodating. We took multiple estimates and Noland's was not the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. They were the only company that clearly demonstrated to us the kind of materials they would use and the teqhniques they would use on our job. They are also the only company that offered us a choice as to color and materials. They really took the mystery out of the process and were as precise as possible on the final estimate. They have done follow-up to ensure that we are happy and that they are satisfied with their own work. I would recommend them to anyone.

They replaced my roof a year ago and did a very good job. This was for the replacement of the pipes that come out of the roof. The squirrels had chewed on them. After talking to friends and neighbors I found that they way overcharged for the repair. They do a good job,but you will pay a high price for it.
