Noland's Roofing is tip top and amazing. Every aspect was professional, thorough, a really great experience. They were priced well, installed the roof exactly as contracted, workers cleaned every inch afterward, supervisors checked multiple points, our new roof looks beautiful and were are very impressed. Highly recommended!

Work NOT finished, poor communication. Stood me up several times I took off work to meet them. Huge billing disputes over small amount of money. They are billing me twice for the deposit and won’t communicate. They sent ot collections without talking to me. They filed a lien without notifying me first. They are threatening to foreclose on my home over a $550 billing dispute.

They required 1/2 payment as deposit. I called them, gave them my credit card, no problem. Since I had an active leak, the Salesman assured me my job would be done "within a week, but more likely within 5 days" A week goes by, and I try to find out what happened. The Accounting Employee who took my payment FORGOT to notify someone that I had paid, so my work was never scheduled. They assured me they'd get back to me after that, and never did. I called back and asked for the manager, who still knew nothing about my job. They finally scheduled me and it finally got done in 3 weeks. A week goes by, and I get a "Certified Letter" in the mail that came during the day so I wasn't home to sign for it. The postman wouldn't leave it even after I signed the card, so I called Nolands to find out why would they have sent me a certified letter? The guy didn't know, but "would investigate and call me right back". He never did. So the next day I had to take time off from work and go to the Post Office and wait for 1/2 hour to get their Certified Letter, which turns out to be their INVOICE for the payment-balance! (what company sends an invoice by Certified Mail?). The invoice gave me ONE DAY to pay up, or face finance charges! I would have paid by Credit Card again, but even that said they'd charge an extra 5% for "convenience charges" to pay by Credit card...! That would've been over $73 for my "convenience", after the gross inconvenience they put me through! This company has some SERIOUS administrative issues! Just pathetic!!! Never again!

Very honest and professional

Right up front we have to say that Noland's was fantastic!  The crew was timely, efficient and professional. We love our new roof!
We did have an issue with our sales person.  After the job was finished we found out that he had under charged us. When we received the claim payoff info from our insurance co. he had us sign off telling us that Noland's would do the job for the insurance claim amount plus our deductible.  When we received our final bill at the completion of the job it was for $1000 more than what the salesman told us!  When we met with the manager, Steve, he was honest and honored the amount that the salesman quoted.  Steve told us that this salesman no longer worked for Noland's and they had had other issues with him.  At no time did our salesman ever have the authority to approve our contract, nor did he ever present it to the appropriate management for approval.. We were very impressed with the way that Noland's stepped up and took care of the confusing mess caused by this guy.  
We would definitely recommend this company!

I had hired them originally to repair a leak in the roof, but they noticed hail damage so we went through my home warranty. The service was great and they did  a good job!
