My oil change was free because when you buy one you get so many free. I waited there for my vehicle. It took about an hour and a half to two hours.

It’s more so like inconsistencies with some of their employees. It’s like the professionalism of some of their employees, but other than that, it’s really the only thing.

They take the time to explain things to you and give you the option. That's what I like. They were expensive but they can solve the problem. They give you options like A, B and C. They really bend over backwards to satisfy their customer and I am a satisfied customer. I've never been disappointed and I would recommend them.

Not well. I was going to purchase a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan that was advertised for $7899.00, but when I called and told them I would be traveling over 500 miles to see the vehicle, they put a manager on the phone. Suddenly, the price jumped up $2000.00. I was told that in order to get the $7899.00 price that I would have to bring in a trade that was valued at over $1,500.00 or provide $2,000.00 cash. My new and quot;out the door priceand quot; was going to be over $13,000 for a 9 year old minivan. Who makes up deals like this? And no, the and quot;fine printand quot; item wasn't listed in the Autotrader ad or the dealer's website. Stay away from this dealership!
