Rob DeMott is the best! I spoke to him about the generator, having done a small amount of research - and understanding very little - and he took it from there. He told me exactly what unit I would need to perform the necessary tasks; he ordered, delivered and hooked it up as soon as I gave him the "go ahead". The surge protector was his suggestion, and I agreed to it. Again, he ordered, delivered and hooked it up as soon as he got it. He gave excellent instructions along with his assurance that, in the event I have a problem, I should feel free to call him.

The work performed was very shoddy. The outlet is not securely fastened to wall and pulls out when extracting a plug.

He cheerfully installed the new fixture and also did the accompanying carpentry necessary to accomplish the job. He came when promised and he and his assistant did neat, competent, and thorough work.

Professional, prompt and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the scope of work we hired him for. He came back on 2 occasions when the dimmer he installed had malfunctioned. He was prompt and professional on each of the return visits. His fees depend on the type of fixture being installed. I believe he charges between $35 and $50 per fan.
