+ 0 moreRob DeMott is the best! I spoke to him about the generator, having done a small amount of research - and understanding very little - and he took it from there. He told me exactly what unit I would need to perform the necessary tasks; he ordered, delivered and hooked it up as soon as I gave him the "go ahead". The surge protector was his suggestion, and I agreed to it. Again, he ordered, delivered and hooked it up as soon as he got it. He gave excellent instructions along with his assurance that, in the event I have a problem, I should feel free to call him.
Description of Work: Obtained and installed a backup generator for use in an electrical blackout, an outdoor surge protector to absorb any possible lightning strikes and a sensor light in case I needed to start the generator in the dark. At other times he has installed ceiling fans, light fixtures including recessed spotlights and path lighting outdoors.

+ 0 moreProfessional, prompt and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the scope of work we hired him for. He came back on 2 occasions when the dimmer he installed had malfunctioned. He was prompt and professional on each of the return visits. His fees depend on the type of fixture being installed. I believe he charges between $35 and $50 per fan.
Description of Work: Installed ceiling fixtures and several ceiling fans. He also installed many dimmers. One dimmer in particular malfunctioned on 2 occasions and all it took was a phone call on each occassion and he promptly came back to replace the dimmer.
