They're very reliable, I know they'll come when they're scheduled to come around. They spray around the perimeter of my house, and when I'm home I ask if they will spray in the garage and in my home as well and they do that for me. I had an infestation of worm type bugs and they take care of these too, anything they see they will take care of.

They charged our credit card for services that they did not do. They were really expensive, and kept charging our credit card with out authorization.
