He was fine and did a good job. His crew were very respectful and nice. However, it took them forever to give me a receipt for my insurance company that the roof was done.

This was a much need and basic re-roof. Everything went well from quote
to completion. The price was quoted a tad bit higher than the others
quotes I received, but it included all replacement of rotten wood, and
there was a fair bit.

THE WORK SEEMED TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS NOT TIMELY. THEY WERE TARDY. THEY WERE SOMEWHAT PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL IN THEIR APPEARANCE AND THE WAY THE COMMUNICATED TO THE CUSTOMER. THEY WERE GOOD OLD BOYS ASKING FOR A LOT OF MONEY.
