Their initial communication was good, and their onsite team was efficient and friendly. However, the project was supposed to be completed over a two-day period but wound up taking more than 3-weeks due to a broken stump grinder and the crew not having a shovel when they came out). Unfortunately, I kept getting conflicting information about when the crew would be back to finish (I was told "tomorrow" but they actually didn't come back for another week and a half). Ultimately I had to call several times to push to have the work completed. Everyone was friendly enough, but the delays and misinformation/ lack of communication aren't something I'd recommend.
