INSIGHT WIRE MANAGEMENT INC

I noticed a red light come on the keypad of the alarm system. I called insight alarm company and the girl said she will send a tech the next day. She said it will cost me $150.00 labor charge for the first hour but being I was a good customer for 5 years she would take $25.00 off the labor charge. The young man came the next morning at 9:00 AM. He went directly to the battery box in the M/BR closet.and put in a new battery. He said that I owed him $176.50. I gave him a check for that amount and he was out the door in 9 MINUTES at 9:09 AM with my money. I think this labor charge was outrageous . The battery retails for 13.00 at 2 major retail stores. Insight wire Management charged $39.95. The sales tax was $11.55. The labor charge was $125.00 For a total of $176.50; Suffice it to say I am changing Alarm companies.

Adam responded to check out the system and told us that the alarm was brand new and never used by the previous owner (5 years). We were having telephone issues so Adam had to come back 2 days later and setup and programmed the alarm system. He went right to work, he was very professional, honest and finished in about two hours. We are very glad that we called insight wire systems. We are very pleased!!
