Danny and his team worked in my house remodeling all of our bathrooms. His prices are fair, but the best part is that he is honest and stands by his work. Even after the work is completed, if there are any questions about it, he is easy to reach and addresses any concerns. Remodeling can get tricky, and things can easily go sideways, so remaining flexible is important. I would recommend HRS for any remodeling needs. They are worth every penny.

I was adding an addition to the side of my house. I liked the owner, Danny. He had great reviews, so I hired him. The first thing I realized he had done wrong was not only order the wrong truss but also put it on without my knowledge. I could not understand why the skylights had to be moved. The skylights did not fit as planned. I repeatedly asked for an explanation, and then he finally told me about the truss. I then paid for a fourth skylight. At that time, I requested larger skylights. But the original-size skylight did not fit in the original location either. Later, I found out that the two skylights were framed out shorter than the other two of the same size. He put the floors too low. This was not on the plan. If I did not raise it, there would be a step down or a ramp into the addition. He refused to fix it. So, it cost me over 6 grand to raise the floor and retile with another GC. He told me he did it on purpose because I put in a hidden door. hidden door in a room and see if there are any pictures of different-level floors with these doors. There was a large window on the side of the house, which is where the door was eventually put in. The window was not taken out before the concrete was poured for the floor. No attempt that I saw was made to see the floor height of the connecting floor. There is no hole in the wall. I took photos throughout. After he wanted to charge me 2 grand for stationary closet shelves, I ended the relationship without having him put in the door. His superintendent and field coordinator had no construction experience at all and no training. I know this because one of them told me. The owner only came out if there were issues. I had an extra light switch that went nowhere. I bought the fan before any electric work was done and showed them my fan switch. The ground around the addition was never leveled. Since there was no gutter on the plan and he did not write it in, I had to pay someone to add a gutter to the addition. I wish I had hired someone to look at his work as he was doing it. I honestly did not see the mistakes before I paid him, except for the skylights being moved. I really cannot believe I did not realize the floor height was wrong before I paid him. Also, I do not know much about this kind of thing. It took 7.5 months. But it was around COVID. I fought with him for a good month before looking to hire someone to fix and finish it. I had to find and then wait for a new GC, which took time. I should have written this earlier since it has been about a year since I paid him. I have all receipts and have saved all written conversations. I saved everything. I have heard that his sister is a very good lawyer. He was not the person I thought I had hired. I found his work to be sloppy, and I was left with having to hire someone to fix and finish it. I have told all my neighbors my opinion.

HIRE HRS CONSTRUCTION for your project!!!! Danny and his team are top notch. We have used them many times for various projects and we wonâ t take our business anywhere else again. For this project they demolished an old 8x8 ft deck and replaced it with a brand new 16x24ft deck. They also put a roof over the deck and screened it in. From start to finish we were extremely happy with the job. Danny (owner) came by one day to check on the progress and said he wasnâ t 100% happy with the way the deck ceiling covering was laid. I personally thought it looked beautiful and didnâ t notice any errors, but he took it upon himself to have his team re-do that part because he wanted to make it top notch. Itâ s that kind of service and level of detail that we truly appreciate! They are honest and keep us informed every step of the way. They are so trustworthy and easy to work with. Look no further!

Best experience I have ever had with contractor and workmen. There was absolutely no negative. They transformed my 1985 kitchen and great room to 2020 style in one month. I will be using them at a later date to remodel the bathrooms . They do what they say they will do in the time frame that is quoted.

My kitchen is beautiful. Everybody was dependable and very knowledgeable. It was great to work with them from beginning tothe end of my project. I definitely recommend them.

These guys are great! The job is complete now they did drywall installation and painting. I am very happy with the results, all the staff from the owner to the workmen were courteous and competent.

Excellent work on 3 projects. Polite and helpful men who were considerate to our family needs. They customized a linen closet, painted a front entrance, installed a new entrance door handle and locks, and assembled a very big free standing kitchen piece from IKEA. Even on a Friday night, they cheerfully stayed until the jobs were completed and the areas were cleaned...even swept the driveway. We are very satisfied with their service and will definitely hire them again.

I hardly ever give 5/5 because whenever I see a 5/5 I think its skewed...but these guys deserve a 5/5. They were attentive, responsive, and very very professional. We used them to fix up some fixings and the wall at a medical office, they were so good Im hiring them for a few other jobs!!

The workers on our project are true professionals and dedicated to doing the job right. Their craftmanship is top grade and they do not cut corners on any part of their work. I would highly recommend Home Renovation Spjecialists for the type of repairs they are completing on my home.

Work has been contracted but not yet started. As of this time, the Customer Service has been excellent. Quality of time answering questions, measuring, etc. has been excellent and value for money seems appropriate. Unable to evaluate further until work is started and completed.
