Everything imaginable! We had lived in our rental for 8 long years. My husband is a pack rat and I have major allergies and asthma so dusting  and in depth cleaning has always been tough for me. The last year has been a very rough one also so I had let things go a bit with the house. Ann and her fiancé came in and took over completely. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, complete kitchen, cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, etc... I had zero worries and things got done even when they had to work long into the night. We were still moving odds and ends and garbage out while they were cleaning and after being up for almost 48 hours we just couldn't come back for the last small load so they set it out for us to get the next morning. I haven't heard from the property management company yet as to whether we will get our security deposit back (or a portion), but I am happy to have hired Ann. It saved my health to have someone else come in and get the job done for me.

When she arrives, all carpets are vacuumed, The floors are washed, the furniture is dusted, the bathrooms are washed and cleaned, and any other work that is needed is done such as emptying all the garbage.  Several people living on our street have been using her for years.  I have had others before her and I have had to stop using them.  I have forgotten to put my wallet away at times or have left money on my desk, but nothing was ever taken, which is another reason I continue to use her.

At first everything was marvelous. She did everything to our satisfaction. Then as time wore on, I noticed that she was getting faster and faster in the living room and our bedroom. When I checked behind her, there were several things left undusted. Another problem we had was that she was always changing the time on us, sometimes giving very little notice of the time she would be there. Even after she gave us a time, she would often arrive a lot earlier than she said which would cause a hardship because I have a little boy who might be napping.

She did a excellent job. She came with her son who is in high school and I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and pride in his work. She made me feel comfortable and made sure she got everything she set out to do. I will continue to use her on a bi-weekly rate and am relieved to have found someone I can trust to take care of my home.

She is excellent. She has great attention to detail. She talks to me while she is working, but remains focused on the job. She has made suggestions while working to help out. Everything looks clean and smells fresh. I can't say enough about her. She has made concessions for us because of our situation as well.

The first time she came she charged me $150 to do a complete cleaning the way she does it. Then it was $65 to come very time after that. I had her about 3 times after that, she brought her son with her and other help. She was very nice and polite, but they zipped through this house so fast, that in 45 minutes they were leaving, no dusting or anything like that. It just wasn't a good job. I thought I would give her another chance, but each time was the same. She told me she was re-doing her schedule book  and would call me to let me know which date she can come, out of the two I gave her. I waited and didn't hear from her for 2 weeks. She called me one morning and said she was coming, but I told her not to. She had 2 whole weeks to call me and tell me when she was coming. She called at 9 am one morning to tell me she was coming at 10 am. She didn't seem to clean very well and cant pick up her phone. I was very unsatisfied with her.

Perfect! Ann showed up right on time and did a very thorough job cleaning our villa! Our cleaning standards are high and so are hers. We hired her to come back for a biweekly clean going forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for house cleaning. The price was just slightly higher than we originally budgeted because she is driving quite a ways to get to our place. But, it is not enough for me to look for someone else because of her work standards and reliability. That is something that is hard to find!

Several months ago Ann, her husband Gerald and their son cme to my home to do a thorough cleaning. They spent almost the entire day cleaning the entire house. Once that was done, and they did a great job, we agreed that they would come every other week to do what was necessary. Most of the time it is taking care of the kitchen and bathrooms. They also vacuum all the carpets, wash the floors and even empty my shredder. Other work is performed as needed and has been included irrespective of how long it took. Ann comes in with at least one person and sometimes additional staff. I have added cleaning my windows which includes cleaning not only the windows, but also the tracks.
