The work they did was fine but they were not as attentive as other dealerships I have been to.

Someone came up to the car immediately and asked me what I needed done. They took my keys and asked me to wait inside. 45 mintutes later I was handed my keys. During the oil change they inspected the car and found many little things that I need to have changed or replaced and was given a detailed price quote for each item one of which was a air filter replacement. I didn't feel any pressure to do any of those things on that day which was nice. My over all experience was good. I would go back again. the oil change is normally 39.99 plus tax but I hade a coupon for $29.99

When I arrived to the service area they quickly acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. White I was there they provided me with an unlimited supply of fresh brewed coffee or tea and a comfortable area to wait in. They said it would only be about 20 minutes but I ended up being there for about an hour, so I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took for them to release the car back to me. I don't know how much having a tire patched should cost but I also thought that the price was a little high for what I had done. Other than that the staff was friendly and the job got done.

It was excellent; I could not have had a nicer experience. Their follow ups regarding what I needed work on, the whole environment, and everything was great. I liked their communication, their friendliness, and the ease of buying the car. I was very happy with their prices too.

I have been using Headquarter Honda service for about 2 years now, Danielle Perron is the best service advisor there. She and her manager got Honda to replace my IMA battery after the warranty period had expired.

When I returned the next day I received no apology, but did get my coins.

It was a great facility. I was able to work remotely from the office they had set up there. They have little thin client computers if you don't have your own so you can get on the internet and surf. They had free coffee, snacks and water. Everybody was really friendly and nice. I will use them again.

The SRS light had come on. As this relates to the activation of the restraint system, it was a critical issue to ensure the belts and airbags will work if an accident occurs.

Although the technician felt fairly confident that the module was at fault, he and the service writer decided it would be beneficial to check the wiring for a short, as the SRS module is a $500 part that could not be returned once installed.

I brought the car back the next day they were open and they spent hours inspecting the wiring. During this time, they provided me a loaner rental car at their expense. The final determination was the module was at fault and it was replaced.

The extra effort they went through inspecting the wiring, without additional charge to me, to ensure I would not be paying for a part I really didn't need was an obvious commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Rather than just and quot;throwing parts at the problemand quot;, they went the extra mile to make sure I would only pay for the service and parts needed to resolve the problem.
