 + 0 moreIt Kris specified work will be done in 3 days however it was performed in 1 day and rushed. horrible work on trimming. horrible paint job of the stair treads. The color doesn.t even match the rest of hardwood. Treads were paint the before installation and were installed while still wet. He was to come 1 wk later to evaluate work done. Never showed up. Schedule 3 times appointments and never called to cancel, never answered his phone either. Still waiting on him to come back at finished. Still not answering phone calls and when I get a hold of him he keeps providing excuses. Do not use this guy. He is no professional. His workers turn over rate is high because he doesn't pay them on time.
Description of Work: Kris Penny from Hardcore Flooring came to house and gave me an evaluation to replace my stairs carpet and install hardwood hardwood. The cost included labor and materials. Decided to give him a chance as he was recommended by Lumber Liquidadors. Big mistake.

Description of Work: Awful! Demanded payment, wouldn't show up to do the work. When he finally came, work was terrible! Lied on multiple occasions and had no idea what he was doing!!

 + -1 moreAfter months of excuses and pushing back the install date we requested a refund of our deposit. Kris Penny informed us that he had no money for us. We have filed complaint with the State of Florida against him and his company.
Description of Work: The provider skipped out with our deposit. He was paid $1,400.00 in March and for the install to be completed 19 April 2013.
