They are absolutely phenomenal. They do the maintenance themselves; they do not contract it out. The second time we called them for the refrigerator, they didn't charge us for the service call or for the board which they replaced, even though the warranty had expired. I was amazed, and they said that they wanted to treat us like they would wish to be treated as a consumer, which as far as I was concerned, was super. They were excellent, and came the same day we called them. They told me that they make every effort to come out the same day. I absolutely would use this company again in the future.

One of the guys came out to look at it. He ordered a part and came back. He was done within a half hour.
