We were close to hiring a house painter for $3,000 to paint the white trim of our home when I read an article about soft washing the exterior. Figured might as well give it a try, the estimate was $300 for the job. We are almost shocked at how clean the white trim looks after the soft wash. There are a few areas where the white gutters show some rust and those will need to be painted, but overall we're are totally satisfied with the work. Angel Perez is a complete doll to work with, friendly and patient and informative. This is one of the best service experiences we've ever had.

Angel did an excellent job from the first communications to the finished project. He was extremely professional, prompt and personable from start to finish and completed the job in two hours - cleaning a metal roof on a split-level home. His pricing was very fair. I highly recommend him.

Angel did a fabulous job on drive, walkway and especially the large patio. We call it the 'Catio' and with two black cats, it really needed a thorough cleaning!. And he did it all with a smile! I heartily recommend Central Florida Renovations and Pressure Washing!

Angel Perez and his associate Cam were very professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned the entire exterior of my home, starting with the roof and working down, including my pool screen, deck, porches, all house walls, the driveway and walkways. They texted in advance to remind me of our appointment and keep me updated as traffic delayed their arrival. They took care of my plants. They even took down my front porch light so I could clean the interior of the globeâ ¦.sounds simple but it wasnâ t. When they left, everything was spotless. I would definitely recommend Angel and his team.

They did a great job. Used them to pressure wash a large office complex that was in bad shape. Looked new when they were done. Angel is an angel. Easy to work with and very nice.
