Awesome. Called us prior to the appointment time to let us know that an earlier appointment had rescheduled and that we could either keep our time or take the earlier time. Arrived promptly. Worked quickly. Didn't even charge us for all of the work he did. The bill was an extremely pleasant surprise. This is not the first time ERod has done work for us (previously replaced a water heater, re-seated a toilet, and replaced bathroom fixtures, etc.) and every time I feel like we are getting a deal...it never costs as much as it seems like it should. Can't usually say that when we have someone come and do work on the house. We will always call him for any plumbing we need done.
