My son ordered a mother's day arrangement from them, one they have displayed. He scheduled it to be delivered with a note.
The day it was to be delivered I was home all day. The next day I get a message saying they delivered the flowers and left them at the front door on the day it was to be delivered. They did not bother to ring the door bell so I could receive the flowers.
When I saw the flowers I was really disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. It looks like they used old flowers and pulled off the bad petals because several of the flowers were only half there. I have seen better arrangements at Walmart mart. I went to there website and it did not look anything like the photo. I can't believe they charge so much for this! I called my son and told him never to use them again.
