We looked at many houses and decided to go for a house we thought would be perfect. She told us we could have no problem getting the house, but it would probably not appreciate and the house was older. On her consideration, we went with a newer house and a nicer area. Our house to date has increased by $87,000 and is in a very upwardly mobile area! Had we gone with our decision, the house we would have chosen had virtually not gone up in value and to repair it would have cost us thousands!!!!! Her character and integrity will have us contact her for our new house in the future. She periodically contacts us about ourstatus on the home and to this day, makes us feel that we can still ask her advice on any issues of our home. We recommend her to other buyers and they all respect her honesty and caring  approach she has with them.
