Crane's View Lodge

When I went, they were sitting in wet clothing. They don't change their patients very often, and because of that my mother has had a lot of UTI's. Every time I go there, there is new staff. They residents wear pendants that they can push if they need anything or anything goes wrong, but the staff takes forever to respond. The last time I was there, the staff was putting a puzzle together instead of attending to their patients. Just like the staff, the administration is always changing. I would not recommend this place at all. It's a pretty building, but the care is inadequate. Since they have such a hard time staffing, many employees have to work double shifts.
