They have yet to complete repairs following cabinet installation (full kitchen). Their contractor damaged our new range cooktop and still have not replaced it!!! It has now been over 6months!!! I'm now seeking legal action!!! They cannot manage their contractors, h***, they can't even follow up as promised with simple phone calls!!! The owner and sales lead are NEVER available, and are the ones not following up with their promised actions!!!

This company gets an outstanding rating! Jessica did an excellent job of guiding us through the myriad of choices involved in our kitchen remodel and finalizing the design. Scheduling was quickly completed and time slots were honored. Demolition was completed with minimal issues and cabinet installation, countertops, electrical, plumbing, and drywall work was completed quickly and professionally. Mariano and Roy were excellent in their skills and interactions with us. We are very pleased with the final results! Highly recommend! John and Maria

***GET A SECOND ESTIMATE*** I stopped into CK&B for a cabinet estimate for my house remodel. After an excessive ~3 week wait period, I returned to the store to preview design with incorrect measurements and no pricing on the material. Furthermore, they quoted $150,000 in LABOR ONLY for drywall/framing, electric, and plumbing for a 2,000 sq ft renovation (this price EXCLUDED cabinet/trim install, floors, HVAC, and ALL materials) I was dumfounded at their pricing and requested an itemized quote because this could not be taken seriously or considered. Beatriz herself told me the lump sum was derived so I could not subtract components of the project to less expensive contractors and their pricing is firm for their customers. When I received the emailed quote, is was already $62K less than the verbal quote, while still being 2-4x more expensive than other reliable contractor estimates I had accumulated. By not using this company, I am saving ~$100,000 in labor alone, ~$17,000 on cabinets by purchasing from a better quality online dealer with superb customer service, and ~$6,000 by purchasing Florida Tile from another local store. This is price gouging at it's finest and an unethical business practice that will not withstand the test of time. Additionally, the owner was constantly pushing to know my overall project budget which isn't relevant to her in the least considering I worked on that with my architect during design and scoping. Maggi told me Beatriz didn't take me as a serious buyer, insinuating I couldn't afford the renovation, which is why my estimate and design were delayed for 3 weeks. I have never been so personally insulted by a seemingly professional company. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Should you consider this company, at least get a 2nd estimate because better pricing, quality, and service awaits you elsewhere. In good conscience, I cannot stand idle and allow others who may not dedicate as much time to due diligence be taken advantage of so I am reporting this company to the Florida Attorney General. I'll leave it to the experts to investigate unethical price gouging and decide if their pricing was marginally fair or unlawfully exorbitant... though I can quickly and confidently compare to make the decision for myself. The 1 star was earned by Diane who is a talented designer and a delight to work with outside of the other circumstances.

The floor and shower looked great when it was completed.  A few months later I noticed cracks in the grout along the top of the bench and at the top the wall in the corner of my shower. I emailed photos to them and was told they would schedule someone to take care of them.  I contacted them again when I never heard from them. That was 3 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed.

I won't recommend to anyone, it was a horrible experience. They did not tell me that they have to splice the crown molding of the cabinet, they took a splice and nailed it with a nail gun and i told them that it was not acceptable. If they told me that they have to splice it, i would have not let them do it because it looks horrible. The two cabinet guys who came in could horribly speak English, i had to tell them exactly how to do their job. At that point, i was so mad and didn't know what to do. I was not happy at all.

We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel.  I felt that the owners provided excellent estimate service, and follow-up.  The designer was friendly and creative.  She helped us rearrange and improve some tricky areas in the old kitchen.
We had one installer who completed the entire job (except the granite counter-tops, which were installed by their vendor).  The installer was very skilled, kind, and trustworthy.  It would have been nice if he had an apprentice to speed up the work, but our installation time estimation was accurate.  I rated CK&B with a B for punctuality because there were a few days he showed up later than expected, however he worked throughout the weekend to stay on schedule.  The few, picky issues we found at the end of the project were addressed very quickly.
Our quotes from Lowe's and Home Depot were slightly lower, but they did not have some of the more customized solutions we were looking for.  I would recommend Clermont Kitchen and Bath to anyone.  Our kitchen is beautiful!

From the start, Ivy (pronounced Evie) in the store really impressed us with her expertise.  From pictures we had taken, she prepared an estimate and helped us all along the process of deciding on colors and picking out the granite, all in the same day.  Her estimate proved to be right on.  The installation of our granite counter tops went exactly as expected.  Installers were prompt and removed the old counter tops and installed the new granite in 6 hours, start to finish.  We are extremely impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail.  Seams where the granite slabs meet are almost invisible.  They did a super job.  We have decided to get back-splash tile and to re-tile the master bath shower with this provider as a result.

was suppose to take 4 days' took over 30. our calls were not returned timely, workers were messy, rude, came unannounced, some installation was backwards and not corrected, even though we asked them too. we do not recommend at all.

We've just got other projects going on right now so we would probably give them another chance. We will wait for them to give us an estimate again. They were very nice. They came out and did the estimate. If we didn't have so many other projects going on right now, we may have done it. They were here on time.

Cabinets and vanities were installed satisfactory as well as the backsplash in the kitchen. These were done by the same person.
Porcelin tile was not installed satisfactory. Quarter round molding was required to cover the flaws where the tile did not meet the baseboards. Installers did not clean up after themselves and had no respect for our premises. Numerous tiles had to be replaced because they were defective and should not have been installed.
Master bath tile was done with little care of matching tiles in the glass accent border. Broken tiles were installed on edge of flooring. Again, this was installed by the same crew as the porcelin tile. I would not recommend them to anyone and have advised owners they should look for new tile subs.
Design person did a good job laying out the plans however she was unable to supervise her subs properly as she was required to be in the store front also.
Supervision could have saved a lot of do-overs and frustration on our part as we could not live in the house during these massive renovations.

Our flooring project took a LONG time, but we had a very large area to replace. The flooring had to be completed before the kitchen cabinets could be placed on top of it. Our installer was very kind, worked diligently, paid great attention to detail, and was completely trustworthy. The cabinets were quickly installed, except one cabinet was missing from the supplier. That took a few days to resolve, but the countertops and appliances were installed in the meantime. The Kitchen and Bath owners pushed the granite installers to complete the job faster than the time the granite people quoted us directly.

When everything was and quot;completeand quot; there were a few touchups required, mainly as a result of the cabinets shifting after the granite was set and the hasty installation of that last, missing cabinet. I can't say everything is 100% perfect... but it is about 99%. Plus, we decided on a few changes/ additions after everything was installed. The owners are very accommodating, and happy to help us with the new items.

This was a very good experience.
