A friend of mine was climbing the ladder and one of the rungs broke off and my friend fell off the ladder and got a bruise. I took the ladder back right away to him and asked for a refund, he took the ladder from us and never gave a refund. I assumed he would send me a check as refund, as I had paid by check. I have tried several times to get my money back and he has never given me any kind of a refund, I have sent him several letters asking for a refund, but he has not responded. Last Saturday I saw his wife and told her the situation and let her know I was planning on making a negative review, and she just didn't say a word.
