 + 1 moreWe were not satisfied with them. We were with them about 3 years. It was like having problems. I had the bundle service, and the phone would go out and the only way I would know is if someone would say they are trying to call me and they keep getting a technical message so I was missing important calls, and the internet was sketchy. They installed a booster and nothing seemed to be a long term solution. The price was a little more expensive than what I am using right now. They were good about responding.
Description of Work: We used Bright House.

 + -1 moreThey did pretty good about coming out on time. Everybody I've dealt with is very professional however, not everybody has been very effective.
