We were not satisfied with them. We were with them about 3 years. It was like having problems. I had the bundle service, and the phone would go out and the only way I would know is if someone would say they are trying to call me and they keep getting a technical message so I was missing important calls, and the internet was sketchy. They installed a booster and nothing seemed to be a long term solution. The price was a little more expensive than what I am using right now. They were good about responding.

They did pretty good about coming out on time. Everybody I've dealt with is very professional however, not everybody has been very effective.
