very good customer service and friendly pool guys.. show up on time ... THEY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

I had been having trouble with my current pool company, so interviewed several others, liked the services offered for the price, and decided on Blue Horseshoe. My technician is Jason, and I have had only 1 visit, but was absolutely blown away by the service, especially compared to my old pool company! I think I finally found a forever pool company! I highly recommend.

Immediate call-back, I had a short notice need, they showed up on time, they have an outstanding online process to notify me about their presence on my property.

They were very prompt, courteous, and hard working.

The office is very responsive when calling for questions or concerns.

Even after telling them about watching previous companies on our recorded video, the tech they sent out did not do a proper job each week. We gave them one month to do a proper job, but they never did. When we called to cancel our service, they didn't even know who we were!!

Had my pool serviced by this company. They did not show up every week as schedule. Repair jobs not completed and work was a butcher job. Water constantly was dirty. I would not work with them again. Total nightmare!!! So dissatisfied with this company. Beware if you hire them!!!

I'm totally satisfied with this company. My pool never looked better. Michael goes above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion, offering services, parts, and advice that helps keep my pool in the best shape possible. The expansion strip ( just above the tile) on my in ground pool had been very badly stained through over use of sunscreen by people swimming in the pool. It was also very old, so did not look that good to start with! Once Ricardo and Mikey had worked their magic, it looked like a new pool. They were courteous , prompt , tidy and did exactly what they said they would do. I'll recommend them to all my friends with pools.

We use Blue Horseshoe Pools for our pool cleaning and maintenance. They come out once a week and check and clean our pool. Last month we had a valve burst and the pool lost thousands of gallons of water while we were away. Luckily a neighbor caught it in time to turn the pool pump off. Blue Horseshoe came out immediately and replaced the bad valve for only $65, refilled the pool and gave us a letter to give to our water authority so we didn't have to pay a sewer charge for the replacement water.
