Good: - Overall, pretty good high speed connectivity - Overall, prompt and timely service response (twice in 4 years) - Overall, good people on staff - Landline phone works well, and displays caller ID through TV if watching cable. Comes with battery backup system. - The repair force is well equipped with supplies and high tech devices to address your issues. - The cable boxes (you need 1 per TV) are small (but do not include clock displays - a nice feature on other systems I've had) So-So: - Main support line is based overseas, and language barriers can occur - They installed my cable without updating the internal wiring (from RG-58 to the thicker RG-6), and as a result if there is a signal issue, they will not update it. If this proves an issue in future, then I may need to change providers - for now, the old stuff is working. Lesson learned - if you get a new install, get the wires updated to your equipment then and there as part of the install. - They had a router fail and it turned into a 3 day repair. Turns out that a software refresh was needed to my and the first two replacement routers, and the service technician was not told about it. - Not wild about the security on the wireless router. Any pro could password hack any ATand T 2-Wire router easily. Added my own firewalls underneath it to better protect computer assets. (Have also had Verizon FIOS and Cox Communications in other states - none are stellar on security, but the 2-Wire routers are especially vulnerable due to their password conventions.) - To return equipment (we dropped 1 TV from the plan), you take it to UPS store for packaging. That was not pleasant, but not ATand T's fault. ATand T made it easy. UPS store made it hard, and I'd just go to a better UPS store next time. Bad: - Really nothing bad.

They are okay and I'm happy with them. My husband had some difficulty with them as far as the Television; he was supposed to hook up to the Wi-Fi which didn't work and they happen to say that they didn't deal with Television set. So that was annoying experience as they didn't give him any help on that. I would have to use them in the future as I'm stuck with them.
