It was their 3rd time here.... I started with a groupon and it was so nice to be roach and ant, and spider free..... that I kept the quarterly treatment going. I have the same person come out each time and that's mice plus if anything shows up, any critters, I can call and their treatment is covered....
Haven't had to call.
Called and actually showed up early. Stefanie went right to work, first on the outside of the home and then inside. Very happy with her work. I chose A1 since several reviews I read said they cured ant problems that other pest control companies couldn't. I would have chosen to go on a contract with them if they had a 6 month option but they only offered quarterly and I thought $320 a year was too high ($80/quarter). But I'm happy with what they did.
