They did not perform the job requested which was removing stains from a carpet. The technician the owner told me it was a wear pattern in the carpet and not stains. After they left few days later I went to the store and rented a shampooer brought it back, clean the carpets and now the stains are gone. So they did not do what I hired them for.

I thought it was a pretty good price. He did a real good job. I have used him twice, and I would call him again,if I ever need any work done.
