Extremely well. Mr. Williams was promt and efficient. He was able to accommodate my time table. The turn around time was within my expectations. I would hire the company again.

My decision to go with this company was based on the recommendation of a co-worker that was "beyond pleased" to say the least with the quality service she received from 3D Inspection Services Inc. about a year ago. Now that we are in the process of purchasing another home, a complete home inspection was a need and so we decided to go with the recommendation. Everything flowed smoothly from the very first call to 3D. The inspectors were punctual and professional across the board. I asked lots of questions to fully understand the different aspects of the inspection and Mr. Williams along with his associate were extremely knowledgeable and we received the inspection report in a timely manner. Unlike past experiences with other companies in this field, getting hold of/or having our calls returned by Mr. Williams was not a problem - talk about A class service!!! They left nothing undone - the roof, testing every electrical outlet, the AC unit, walls, doors etc. Dealing with or hiring professionals would be "a glorious experience" if all of them presented themselves like this company. I would recommend 3D Inspection Services Inc. to anyone in need of some sort of inspection service. Mr Williams mentioned to me that he also inspects Parks/Playgrounds. Talk about a well diversified company!!!

I was switching insurance companies, was needing a home inspection and they did a great job. They came out right away and I had the inspection within a couple days. They knew certain insurance companies required additional information and they knew what insurance companies needed to complete the report.

He missed a lot of things during the inspection and I never received the warranty. I have contacted him since then regarding the warranty, but have never received it. I ended up asking for my money back and was told that a refund had already been sent last Friday. I still haven't received anything.

He did a great job; you can’t even tell the work was done. We also had a few doors that were sticking and he repaired those as well. I believe the price was reasonable and that the work was worth it. I would certainly use him again in the future.
