We hired Ziggy during the pandemic for a complete condo renovation. Ziggy is a very personal type of person who wants you to be happy and he strives, along with his workers, to get your job as perfect as possible. They started by doing a complete interior demolition and rebuild with all new kitchen. We wanted unique and Ziggy did all he could to accomplish that desire. We had many changes to the kitchen because of many issues with the existing structure and limitations that those created, but Ziggy kept plowing through to make it happen. The pandemic frustrated every order after March, so it became a waiting game on many items, but Ziggy had us living in the condo within 4 months. That being said, you have to stay involved and be flexible with schedule. I typically do not like to do reviews, but for Ziggy I have no problem referring him and his crew to do your job. Best way to say it is - I would hire him again!

Terrible - had a set appointment - never showed - never called - nothing.

Fantastic! Ziggy and his crew did an excellent job. The master bath was 40 years old and now feels like a 5 star hotel. They kept the house clean and cleaned up daily when they were done for the day. Small changes were accommodated easily and Ziggy's design work was incredible.

We took a LONG time to give Ziggy the go-ahead on our bathroom project. He must have visited our home five times before we finally decided on a plan to add a half bath to an existing bathroom, and move every wall and drain. Ziggy was a great source of ideas in the planning process, and was able to take our bathroom from a dingy tunnel to a bright and functional work of art. His team is respectful, professional, and extremely detail-oriented! Ziggy is busy, but his talent, creativity, resourcefulness and fair pricing are worth any wait!

Ziggy's Perfect Home Solutions built a garage room quickly and professionally. The room has ample lighting, electric outlets and insulation, all things that Ziggy included in his very reasonable pricing. He and his very talented crew are great to work with, and we plan to hire them whenever we need work done at our house!

Ziggy and his craftsmen were wonderful to work with from start to finish! Ziggy has a great eye, and was able to give us a custom quartz fireplace/media wall that we couldn't envision without his design. He also inspired us on a second fireplace, which had a useless log-burning fireplace, and now has a stunning electric fireplace and gorgeous quartz ledger wall and mantle.

He was punctual for our first appointment to look at the job and prepare an estimate on 1/16/19. A week later I hadn't heard back so I had to reach out and finally got a design, but no price. More than a week after that I had to chase him down for a price, got that on 2/1, which was reasonable and competitive. Back and forth again over details for two more weeks and still didn't have a start date. On 3/7 I was told he'd start on 3/25. Two weeks before he was to start I still haven't seen the cabinets, or even a picture of the style, just a description. He also tells me he needs to put me off for two weeks. On the original day he was to start, 3/25, he texts me telling me he'll be here tomorrow to start, but then he says it was for someone else, but still didn't have pics of the cabinets for me. April 4th I messaged him for the last time with no response at all. I had someone else do our kitchen and added our bathroom as well, and only paid $2500 more that we would have for the kitchen. Finally on 5/13 he messages me to tell me how busy he's been and that he can start in two weeks. Unbelievable.

Ziggy and his crew made every effort to please us and they did a very good job! Our bathroom tub and fixtures were replaced by a beautiful walk in shower which is wonderful, the new cabinet, sink, counter top and mirror are a great improvement! Our ceiling had to be removed and replaced and at that time they also installed new ceiling lights which really update the whole bathroom. We are very pleased and would hire ZIggy and his crew again!

Good. Also built a beautiful custom granite top desk for my office.

Ziggy is easy to work with, honest, and exceptionally creative with a team that does a perfect job. We selected a natural stone countertop we liked and some bathroom wall tile. Ziggy designed an ideal ocean/beach themed bathroom for us that was better than our original ideas. The vanity, hardware, shower, linen closet, floor tile, shower along with it's custom built-in seat and shampoo and soap shelves all came together to be more beautiful than anything I have seen on Houzz. I recommend Ziggy because he is an excellent designer and his tile crew is the best in the business. There was nothing too complicated for he and his team to handle. He also remodeled our entire building's lobby, and first floor entryway. Ziggy can improve upon your ideas for your remodel or he can design something lovely for you based on your tastes in your home if you are not sure what you would like done. I wish I could post 10 pictures of my bathroom, it is now, by far, our favorite room in the entire house. We would love nothing more than to have Ziggy remodel our kitchen in the future.

Ziggy made an appointment for Friday afternoon 3 weeks ago. NO show, NO call. Still haven't heard from him but it's too late now, we've hired someone else.

They did a professional job, returned phone calls and showed up as arranged. We would definitely use Ziggy again when the need arises.

Ziggy's work exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was outstanding and he is very easy to work with. He kept us informed of any necessary changes in the project and sent progress pictures weekly, as we were out of town during the remodeling. Pricing was fair and within our budget, as compared to other estimates. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Ziggy for any remodeling projects.

Ziggy and his crew completed the job within the timeframe agreed to and even took care of a few minor things (problems with a fan and fixing an outside fence that was falling down after a storm) not connected to the kitchen the contract. The picture shown does not include painting, which I will be doing myself.

it didn't. I emailed Ziggy on July 18th to set up an appointment to go over my project. He responded on the 20th asking for my address and phone. I emailed the 21st with everything. I didn't hear anything. I emailed on the 26th to make sure he got my email. He responded on the 30th and said he didn't get it even though we were replying back and forth. He emailed me back late the 30th and we still didn't have a date and time. Eventually we had an appointment scheduled for about a week later. He didn't show up!!!! He called an hour and a half later and said he was so busy he forgot. I read this about him and gave the benefit of the doubt because he was a local contractor I thought I'd try out. He is as unreliable as his reviews state. don't waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!

it didn't...oh Ziggy. Set an appt for him to come and quote a job; never showed up, never called. I called him back a few weeks later to give him another shot. He called to reschedule 3 times. Never showed up and never called.

They performed excellent work.Everything functions as expected. They kept me informed at every stage of the work.They discussed issues as they occurred and proceeded as discussed. They were punctual and cleaned up everyday.My garage was a mess but they swept it everyday and cleaned up scrap material.Cleaned after the work was completed. Ziggy and his team were the best experience I have ever had with contractors.

You may have to wait a while for Ziggy to start your project, but who wants a contractor with nothing going on?
We  lived with a 70's bathroom for 16 years and only plan to do this once. We wanted it done right.
Our master bath was gutted to the studs, and it turned out beautifully!
The workers were on time every day, were polite and worked hard.
We selected our materials, and with some help from Ziggy they all worked well together, he has an
experienced eye, and can provide help if asked.   Issues or questions are handled calmly and efficiently
with the goal being the home owners happiness.
Ziggy was on site a lot, and could always be reached by phone,
We have beautiful tiled shower with glass mosaic trim and a glass door, , travertine flooring, beautiful craftsman
 cabinet  and  high end granite,  We love it!!

We contracted with Ziggy in early August, we knew we would have to wait several weeks as he had other jobs in front of ours. Once the work started Ziggy and his team were here everyday and the work went smoothly.  He was very accommodating when some minor issues came up during the project and was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy.  He even saved us from ourselves by refusing to hang a towel bar in the back of the shower because he knew it would eventually rust out.  All in all he made the remodel as painless as possible and we were delighted with the results.
